Relax on the 1,400 square foot patio by enjoying the hot tub or grilling and dining outdoors. At night, start a fire in the fire pit and stargaze in an adirondack chair. Nearby to beach and fun breweries/restaurants. Recently featured in Architectural Digest!

The space
Open concept kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms located downstairs, one queen bedroom and one bunk room with two twin beds (one additional pull out). Full bathroom downstairs with shower, bathroom and stacked washer/dryer unit. Loft upstairs with a cozy living space in addition to private master suite. Master has a queen bed with balcony and connected bathroom. 1,400 square feet of patio space with lounge chairs, hot tub, grill and outdoor dining. Large fire-pit area off the deck.
