This old stone house set in the middle of a 30 acre country estate overlooking the Charente River, has just been renovated for your greater comfort. It comprises a big living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower room with toilet.

“Le gîte du petit Logis” is located in a beautiful quiet corner of the countryside but still close to all the places you might want to visit. You will appreciate this house with its large and convivial living room, one bedroom with two canopy beds (110 cm), kitchen and shower room on the ground floor and on the first floor two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large one with two doubles and a baby bed. Minimum booking period : 3 days.
Guest access
Some garden space and outer dining space (terrace with table, chairs and barbecue) are reserved for you and you will also have access to most of the gardens. Around the house there are many paths and quiet spots to read, sunbath, go for a walk, a run or a bike ride.

No pool but our outdoor bar is at your disposal to organize diners or parties with your friends.

You will be sure to have a change of scenery with our chickens, sheeps, goats and pig around and even sometimes wild pheasants, deers and hares. Several buildings sit on the estate, including the main house and my own apartment. There’s a lot of space so that everyone has privacy.
