Kanab is a beautiful, small-town, big-adventure place to visit! The townhome is a perfect base to explore Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell&more. This 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home can easily accommodate 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, TVs in the living room & primary bedroom, & a BBQ on the back patio. Free Disney+, Hulu & streaming access w/Roku tv. A gym & seasonal communal swimming pool and hot tub is on the premises.

The space
Every bedroom has a walk-in closet. The primary bedroom features a king-size Sealy Posturepedic pillow top bed and your choice of different types of pillows. The other two bedrooms feature queen-size Sealy Posturepedic pillow top beds. Extra pillows and linens are provided.

TVs are available in the primary bedroom and living room.

Over 30 board games and card games are available for your entertainment.

A larger barbeque and picnic table are available at the clubhouse at no extra cost.

This townhouse is within walking distance of downtown Kanab. Take an evening stroll to one of many restaurants just a few blocks away or go on the scenic K-hill hike just a few steps from the back patio. The neighborhood is in a large cove surrounded by Kanab's beautiful red cliffs. Several hiking, biking, ATV, and horse trails are within walking distance
