Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Bring the whole family to explore the area around mammoth cave. Walking distance to lincoln trail head. 1 mile to Blue hollar ATV park. 2 miles to mammoth cave horse camp. 4 minutes to Double J's horse camp. 2-30 minutes to several places to eat, get fuel, and explore. 5 minutes from the river and dam. We are also have panel stalls put in for horses next to a car port for convenience. Sadly we screen pets prior to accepting because of a few negligent guests. 4 stalls for horses available soon

The space
Clean comfortable beds and closet space with ceiling fan in each room. Small farm house style with a simple floor plan. No smoking inside but permitted outside.only pre- accepted Pets Allowed. radiator and floor style heaters and an ac in the house. Fire pit outside the back door. yard chairs and a spool table provided. You can sign your name on the spool table if you'd like as well. If you bring a trailer please park in designated area of the driveway. If hauling ATV's they are to remain on trailer or truck and not offloaded on the property unless permission given. no vehicle or Atv in the yard for any reason. WiFi available , do not take WiFi box from the house or it's a 200$ charge..."if it doesn't have legs it shouldn't walk off."

the entire house ,yard, club house, fire pit, car port, gravel driveway and 4 stall barn (under construction). WiFi available , do not take it from the house.

Other things to note
No smoking in the house but permitted outside.. Garbage goes in roller tote in car port when needing picked up. In bags please..no loose trash. Sadly we changed our policy to only pre-approved PETS Allowed because of a few neglectful guests. With exception of anyone that already booked their stay with us prior to November 5th. we will honor the listing allowance at the time you booked with us. Be respectful of neighbors and any local traffic laws. Folks coming to the ATV park and bringing their Atv's will be asked to keep all vehicles and trailers in the driveway and not in the yard. also please notify me prior to booking so i can be sure the house rules are understood.We have experienced several guests that treat the property like a flop house and caused damages. Because of this we are on the fence about allowing irresponsible ATV guests.I am the only person authorized to make any acceptances to these rules. WiFi available

Neighborhood highlights

Neighbors are all friendly and the area is great for getting off the beaten path. Walking distance from park trails and great places to explore. You can walk to a local corner store for food or you can drive to several other stores, restaurants and attractions all within 2- 35 minutes. There are pannel stalls set up for horses in the tree line and a carport to keep vehicle or supplies in.
