The apartment is located on the 8th floor. Located entirely to thesouth-east, you can enjoy sea views and greenery just a few meters below the balconies. For the kids there is a playground in the back- you can even watch your grandfather from the Balkans!
If you decide to travel by car or bus - you are at the most convenient quick connections- in front of you is the bus stop. If you decide to shop - on foot 5 min. to the west is an ABO shop working up to 10. 10 min. walk to Kauflan - you leave the entrance and pass through the underpass -an alley for pedestrians only, and on the way to the store there is a pastry shop.
And most importantly, how can I get to the beach ?
The beauty of the Chaika district is that there are many green spaces for schools and kindergartens. There are almost no active movements of the vehicle- which makes the walk pleasant. After crossing one of the many underpasses you will find yourself in the heart of the Sea Garden. The entrance to the beaches is under the restaurant Horizont.
If you are a fan of a long walk, go towards Rest and through greenery and colors you will reach the beach Pochivka - from where is the only entrance to the vehicles.
If you are cycling - in front of the block parallel to the boulevard there is a Velo Alley leading to the center or to the beaches.

I forgot : just behind the block of the meadow with the huge pines there is a patisserie with delicious Varna patties , resting only on Sunday.
