Calm and convenient location

Guests say this area is peaceful and it’s easy to get around.
Great house with a fantastic backyard. We are 2 blocks from downtown Fruita and all the great restaurants and amenities. We have a locking shed to store your gear and bikes. We are close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Under 10 miles from both entrances to the National Monument. Enjoy a beautiful hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Mountain and the Grand Mesa! We do allow dogs but limit them to 2. Pet fee covers one dog. No cats allowed.

Walking distance to downtown. Parking is on the street or private driveway in the back with a garage.

Other things to note
Dogs are fine to have as long as they are well behaved, stay off linen and furniture, and are cleaned up after. Our yard is fully fenced with a four foot fence on the driveway side. We do ask that you bring no more than 2 dogs and select all pet fees in booking. We charge an extra $50 for the 2nd dog. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before you book.

We encourage recycling. Please use the bins outside for recyclables.

Please note that when booking this listing on a Monday, we do ask that you take the trash and recycle bins to the curb. They come in the morning and we do not want to disturb you during your stay.

I live in Fruita just North of town with my wife and 3 kids. We have a small farm and raise goats, cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens. We’ve been in Fruita since 2012. We enjoy hiking, biking, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
