Welcome to The Daley Textile House & Garden! This landmark 1889 Victorian is well known to the residents of the ‘Bay Station’ district of Alameda. Centrally located to a range of restaurants, shops, and activities. Easy access to San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Napa Valley, and the greater Bay Area. The updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence sits above a working textile studio, and overlooks an expansive natural habitat and urban food garden.

The space
Immerse yourself in a thoughtfully curated home set within a creative space, rooted in regenerative and sustainable landscaping. The property reflects our mission to cultivate a thriving natural environment with an urban setting. Home to Jennifer Daley Fine Textiles—recently awarded for excellence in Hospitality and Garment Textile Manufacturing by the European Textile Academy—this space integrates natural design with textile innovation.

The home features custom wool-blended fabrics—bed sheets, towels, and bath mats—developed and tested on-site in our textile studio. Guests curious about regenerative living or textile craftsmanship are welcome to explore our on-site studio and gardens through tours or workshops, and can shop our products in our ground-floor studio.
