This memorable barn is anything but ordinary. A nice country getaway from the city life for families and friends to gather. Only 5.2 miles (10 min) from A&M Kyle field and 3.5 miles (8min) to Downtown Bryan. Enjoy pre-game gatherings with outside grill, fire pit, scenic pond and plenty of outdoor relaxation space to enjoy watching the cows roam the pasture. This luxe country stay has all the amenities for all ages. Kids can play outdoor games while adults relax and enjoy country life.

There is a fishing pond with a dock. No swimming. You are welcome to use but will need to bring your own poles. Please do not disturb the cows.

Howdy all, We are new to hosting and excited to have you all experience the wonderful ranch life we built over the years. We've created many memories with our children and now we want to share it with the world! My husband is an Aggie and raised in Dallas, while I was born and raised in N. California. So I'm not from here, but couldn't get here fast enough! Is that how it goes? We fell in love and moved to Shanghai, China and lived the exciting expat life for 5 yrs. Our son Mateo was even born there! We are truly a Global Family that love to travel and experience the adventures of culture, food and meeting new people. Chinese and Spanish are spoken in our family, so we welcome everyone! See you in Aggieland.
