Keystone Acres is located in Chesterfield, VA at a beautiful 1000 acre horse farm. On property we have roughly 60 horses owned by different tenants. The brick farm house in which you will be staying in overlooks one of our ponds & multiple horse barns. We have many "internal" roads here and hope you enjoy the farm views. Our 5 bedroom house is perfect for families or friends who want to have a getaway to "unplug" and experience the country life and each other's time.

The space
Our space is designed for relaxation, family time, and entertaining. We hope that with the large amount of space the house provides everyone can find their "happy place" within our home.

Indoor Space 1st floor:

*Open kitchen with round sitting table and high top bar (kitchen is stocked with the basics of pots/pans/plates etc)

*Enclosed pool, $35 fee per day for heater use. Available year round. Our pool is enclosed by all glass, the room itself is not heated, but the heated pool does it keep it warmer in there.

Indoor Space 2nd floor:
*Master bedroom (King size) & attached full bath - 1 smart TV

*Bedroom 4 - full size murphy bed (must walk through this bedroom to get to 5th bedroom, has lockable door

*loft area in our pool table room, has 1 futon bed. Must use spiral staircase to access.
*Queen size air mattress available upon request. Suggested placement would be loft area or one of the living rooms.
Outside:

Guest access
Parking for multiple vehicles with pull thru driveway. If you wish to bring a bicycle with to ride, please ride at your own discretion. Fishing pond available, for catch and release. Must bring own bait and fishing pole. Horseback riding is also available to be scheduled, please contact Heather for more info. Horseback riding prices are not part of the booking price.

Other things to note
The home is on a well & has septic. Please do not flush feminine products. Due to our beautiful farm views, you may notice more bugs & wildlife. We take cleanliness very seriously, no refunds will be granted due to typical wildlife & bugs here at the farm. Keeping doors shut will avoid anything from getting in.
