Relax in our C1700 walled kitchen garden. The property has a newly refurbished kitchen, dining, sitting room area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (each room has a double bed/family suite X2 double beds). The space
On entering the property on the ground floor from the main door you enter into a spacious entrance hall perfect for decamping coats, boots, shopping, luggage. You track the first flight of small stairs to the 1st floor where you'll find two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. Then track another flight of small stairs to the 2nd floor where you enter the Kitchen, living, dining area along with two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms.

On entry to the top floor space you enter a light spacious hall with plenty of space for hanging coats, shoes and boots.

Straight ahead of you will take you through to a light, bright, spacious recently refurbished open plan area kitchen, dining and sitting areas with a Nordic style of grey and yellow hues. Wide screen smart TV and DVD player.

Fully equipped kitchen with a modern ceramic double oven and hob, sink, fridge/freezer, built in cupboards washing machine, dishwasher, sink & drainer.

Larger spacious family room with blue hues sea and countryside views. Two standard double beds, double sofa, wardrobe and two chest of drawers.

Outside:
The Old Manse is approached by a long hedged driveway (all accessible by any car/van) but take care on the track and approach with care. Plenty of parking in driveway and courtyard area in front of the property. Enough for at least 4 cars. The Manse walled gardens are to the rear and seaside of the property with outstanding seaviews and plenty of private spaces. Sandy secluded beach bay down a short track in front of the property.

Sorry we run a strictly no pet, no party, no smoking policy. Travel/baby cot, high chair available on request.
