My very own "Rancho Relaxo" is a completely remodeled walk out basement floor of a Southwest Hills home with its own private entrance way and parking. Stunning views of sunsets outside and fresh modern decor inside. Fall soundly asleep on your King sized Purple brand mattress while enjoying the peace and quiet in the best neighborhood in Reno!
The space
Completely renovated 1200sqft basement walk out unit with a massive outdoor patio & modern decor inside.
For 1-4 Guests -- Please note guests 3 & 4 will need to sleep on a queen size sleeper sofa bed and it is an open layout so there are no doors on anything but bathrooms and the kitchen pantry --
One full bathroom, kitchen, work station, living room with a Roku smart tv, private patio and backyard is all yours. Includes complimentary high speed internet and k-cup coffee.
Fantastic and beautiful quiet area that is just a 16 minute drive from Airport, 10 minutes to downtown/midtown, 40 minutes to Mt. Rose or 45 minutes to Northstar
Guest access
Guests have their own parking area on the pavers, and private path which leads directly to the private unit below the home. Larger vehicles should have no problem but can park on the street if too big.
Access will be provided by number pad lock entry, then once inside you can use the key fobs or physical keys if you wish.
Other things to note
Septic system so toilet paper only in the toilet please and thank you!
No laundry machine in the unit at this time.
No local thermostat to control temperature yourself. (We do our best to fix any rare issues)
Right off the incredible steamboat ditch trail which is perfect for biking, hiking, or running!

Neighborhood highlights
Big beautiful custom homes on larger lots up in the hills. Stunning views and landscaping here and the steamboat ditch trail runs right through it for those that love running/hiking/biking. Still close to downtown and everything that offers while being just off the beaten path so it is extremely quiet and calm.
