Take it easy and relax amongst nature, at this newly renovated old stone farmhouse. Semi-detached, 2 bedroom house is half of this old stone farmhouse originally built in the 1800s. Completely renovated, the house boasts unique and stylish decor, blending old with new. You can enjoy the comforts of home while soaking in the character and history only an antique gem can bring. Relax on your private porch and listen to the trickling sounds of the Pequea Creek, going by the property.

The space
Located in the heart of Lancaster County, our house will offer you the peace and tranquility you are looking for. Life can be crazy these days…why not step back and let these natural surroundings renew and refresh you. The 1800s stone farmhouse is part of a modern day organic egg farm. Owned and operated by our family for over 120 years, this farm not only produces organic eggs, but also organic and standard crops and grass fed beef. We are excited to share the beautiful, natural surroundings this place has to offer. The house is surrounded by mature gardens with tons of green space to play. The large front lawn offers a great place to run around and play. The scenic Pequea Creek is the namesake for this farm, as it runs in the front of the property. Sit back and relax in large Adirondack chairs down by the creek bank and enjoy the cool breeze. Once it gets dark, sit under some twinkly lights and enjoy a private campfire.
The fully furnished large front porch is your private outdoor space to use. Sit back and enjoy the sounds of the creek and the clip-clop of Amish buggies going by.
We are family friendly, and do ask that out of respect for us and our neighbors, that there are no loud noises after 10 pm.

Guest access
Enjoy the private porch and the large front lawn space. Please be aware there is creek on the edge of the property and we do ask that you accompany children when outside or near the creek.
This is an operating farm with equipment and live animals. Please refrain from walking through barns, meadows, outbuildings or fields without one of us.
There is a gated pool on the property that is not for use. It is for owner use only.
We ask that you please refrain from hosting any other guests on the property, that are not a part of your reservation.

Other things to note
Note: as pictures show, there are stairs to enter the front porch (main entry), and bedrooms are located on the second floor as indicated.

Full bathroom upstairs with tub and shower
Second full bathroom downstairs, located off the laundry room, has a walk in shower.

Extra single bed located in the laundry area to use as a spare bed if needed.
