Flat is quite, sunny and convenient for both short and long term stays. Excellent choice for rental holiday or business trip. Apartment comes with free WiFi and a well equipped open kitchen, free air conditioning and heating and satellite TV.
Public parking is free in front of the building.
Easy walk to all the top sites (Britanski trg, Jelačićev trg, Cvjetni trg ). Many restaurants, coffee shops, museums and galleries are within walking distance of the apartment. Three main city hospitals are 15-minute walk away.

Apartment (30 m2) has hard-wooden floors and a modern decor. There is an entrance hall, private bathroom with shower (hairdryer and free toiletries), fully equipped kitchen (fridge, micro, dishwasher) with dinning table, one large sofa bed (180x200 cm) in the bedroom and one regular sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living area.

Neighborhood highlights

Building is set at the corner of the main city street (Ilica) and one of the most beautiful residential city area with family houses date back to the 19e century. Our neighborhood is really safe and vibrant. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops very near to the apartment.
The apartment is facing beautiful park so you can also enjoy your time there, especially if you are with the kids since there is a playground.
