This apartment has a unique advantage , with 1 full bathroom and 1 toilette makes it much more confortable and convenient that most apartments of that size. The space
One large studio ( 450 sq feet ) with full bathroom and a toilette, ( 1.5 bathrooms) ideal for 1 or 2 people. A queen size bed (american size) with a brand new Serta Mattress and blackouts on both rooms. Beautiful hardwood floors. Kitchen equipped with everything, dishware, new refrigerator with freezer, new coffee maker and toaster and new microwave oven.
New dining table with 4 chairs.
Very quite building with 2 apartments per floor semiprivate.

Museums, shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Quiet street but close to main streets that have all kind of transportation.

The neighborhood is lively and is considered the best area of Palermo, very nice close to Palermo gardens and Avenida Santa Fe where you can find all kind of varieties of shops, restaurants, etc.but still quiet so you can get a good night sleep and yet so close to so many attractions, cinemas, shopping and restaurants. Very nice area to walk around.

The apartment is very close to Palermo gardens , 2 blocks from Avenida Libertador and one block from Avenida Las Heras, all kind of transportation right there. Few blocks from Avenida Santa Fe where you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants, etc. but still quiet so you can get a good night sleep. There are also many attractions, cinemas, shopping and restaurants, so it is a very nice area to walk around.Great museums and the Recoleta area a 15 minute walk.
