Where you’ll be

Lawton, Oklahoma, United States

Apartment is centrally located, just a few blocks from downtown and just minutes from Ft. Sill.
You’ll be just a few blocks from Lawton City Hall, Lawton Public Safety Building, Comanche County Courthouse, FISTA Head Office, Central Plaza (Lawton’s downtown commercial complex). Lawton Public library and the soon to be finished Lawton’s Farmer’s Market.
Several of Lawton’s staple restaurants are with in walking distance, the Silverspoon, Burgess Grille (has best homemade hamburgers), Bricktown Brewery and Salas’s Mexican Cantina to name a few.
The Museum Of The Great Plains, Comanche Nation Museum, Elmer Thomas Park (which has bike trails that lead into Ft. Sill) are all 4 blocks north and 35th division Park, (which has two tennis courts) is a block northeast. Also 3 blocks south east is our totally remodeled YMCA which has two Olympic size swimming pools!
Lots of entertainment close by. If you like cocktails the Hilton Garden Inn, just 4 blocks east, has some of the best. If you want to rub elbows with some of Lawtons business people/movers and shakers, then on Wednesdays and Fridays from 5PM to 8PM is where you can run into them at ‘Harlow‘s’ located on Ferris and 2nd Street 4 blocks straight north east and if you miss all the street lights both Apache and Comanche Casinos are four minutes east on Gore Blvd.
Plenty of Churches to visit within blocks, First Baptist Church, United Methodist Church, First Christian Church, Unitarian Church or you can attend Mass with me at Blessed Sacrament Church on 7th and Gore.
Also be sure to drive out to Medicine Park and Wichita Mountains wildlife refuge which is nature’s church. Both are 20 minutes north west.
No matter where you’re staying be sure and check out some of these unique places the great City of Lawton offers….Thanks and God bless.
