This lovely home and property are positioned on a quiet street with only one way in and one way out. I guess some would call it a dead end street Such a good location for your home base during your stay in Tucson. There is so much to do within a short distance in virtually every direction. This home was a labor of love as we gave it a complete upgrade and remodel. New everything. Spacious outdoor patio with 6ft wall, fire pit, BBQ grill, patio furniture.
All pricing is negotiable based on season

The space
Plenty of space both indoors and outside with our spacious yard and patio. This property has a six ft. high patio wall, fire pit and fire wood.

Guest access
Plenty of parking. One space in covered carport plus room for two more vehicles. There is also street parking as well

Other things to note
We do charge an additional fee for all "PETS" based upon length of stay. This fee can be paid on the website.

Neighborhood highlights

Wonderful neighborhood. Very quiet and conveniently located for all that our community has to offer. The #1 perimeter bike path in the nation. World class hiking in all four Tucson mountain ranges. Championship golf at it's finest. We have Three homes within 3-miles of each other if you need additional lodging for your next family reunion. Just look for the same posted picture of Judi and myself.
