First floor: Living room, laundry room, kitchen & half bath, private deck
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in each.
Third floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (1 en suite), small upper deck

TV's: 3 total w/Roku for signing into your personal accounts. Located in the living room, laundry/sitting room, and one of the bedrooms

Location: Our home is located in the NoDa, Charlotte's Art & Entertainment Neighborhood. Browse through the quaint shops, stop for a bite to eat while enjoying local music, and check out Charlotte's local breweries.

It's less than 3 miles from Uptown/Panthers stadium, walking distance to the Lynx Blue Line (36th St Station), and a quick Uber/Lyft rides to any of Charlotte's attractions.

There is a tiny house located to the left of the main house, which has it's own listing and accommodations. You will have private use of the Main House. Check availability for both properties (8 bedrooms total) if you have a larger group and need more room.

Coffee, creamers and other amenities are available to get you started!
