The space
Large 6 bedroom suite house with 6.5 bathrooms, a chef's kitchen with an induction stove. 3 refrigerators, 2 Dining rooms allow for separate space if needed. Each bedroom features a private bathroom. All 6 bedrooms have porch access to the marsh. The kitchen features a large butler's pantry. The house also has a dumb waiter to transport luggage or groceries from the ground level to the 1st floor. A large outdoor area with a fire pit overlooking the marsh. Ample parking for multiple vehicles. 4 Kayaks are available for exploring the marsh during high tide.
