You are viewing one of the most rare and highly requested units at Shores of Panama. This condo is a low-floor, inner corner, beachfront unit offering both west and east views, allowing you to enjoy sunrise, sunset, and full pool views. Many units only offer one view—this one offers all three.
This unit also includes two deeded parking spaces:
• One ground-floor parking spot
• One 3rd-floor parking spot, located on the same level as the condo
This means no driving around looking for parking. There are also stairs right next to the condo that lead directly to the beach and pool. If you park on the ground floor, stairs are available in the garage. If you park on the 3rd floor, you can walk straight to the unit. You will rarely need to use an elevator, making this unit extremely convenient and one of the reasons it is considered rare and in high demand.
Shores of Panama is one of the most well-known resorts in Panama City Beach. It is located steps away from the famous Pineapple Willy’s restaurant and bar. Walmart is directly across the street, making it easy to grab groceries or necessities without driving. The resort is also close to Ripley’s Believe It or Not, WonderWorks, Shipwreck Island Water Park, mini golf, go-karts, and many dining options including dine-in, carry-out, and drive-thru restaurants.
This corner unit on the 3rd floor offers some of the best views in all of PCB. You can relax inside the condo while still enjoying beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and pool. All of our properties are corner units because we believe enjoying your surroundings is an important part of your vacation. Whether sitting on the couch, balcony, or at the dining table, there is nothing like watching a sunset or taking in the Gulf views.
Resort amenities at Shores of Panama include a 14,000 sq ft lagoon-style outdoor pool, one of the largest in the area, a lazy river, zero-entry pool for kids, a 25-person hot tub, and two Tiki bars serving food and specialty drinks. There is also an on-site coffee and donut shop, an indoor heated pool and spa, and a fitness center. Pineapple Willy’s food and drinks are just steps away if desired.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
• Must be 25 years old to rent
To help guests with smaller budgets, we do not require a 7-night minimum stay. However, your reservation must either connect to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay. We cannot rent the unit for 1 or 2 nights. If these requirements are not met, the booking will be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
