Your private bath is within 15 feet of the cabin next door . 10 miles drive to Downtown Town Talkeetna. Unique place to stay ! The Hobbit House was featured on HGTV Mighty Tiny Houses last January 01,2017.

Strictly no bonfire or No Smoking in area. NO cooking facilities. Guest can use the kayak or paddle boat for free in your own liability responsible. No parties !

Pls . Respect my rules no pets . Don’t hide your pets because pets hair don’t lie . Some guest are allergic to animals hair and some of my family . Thank you !
