Stay, play or work in a unique newly-renovated historic building in downtown Yakima. This 1,000 sf condo is on the 2nd floor with a private secure entrance and stair access. The unit has 2 queen beds, full-sized LG kitchen appliances, large walk-in tiled shower, washer/dryer, and balcony.
Many of Yakima's finest restaurants, theaters and amenities are in a 2-3 block radius. Only an hour from White Pass Ski Resort and short drives to local wineries. Downtown walkability at it's best.

This is a private 2 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of our 100+ year old building with a balcony facing to the west for morning coffee and evening wine.
