"La Loge Vieux-Port", a very nice apartment (3 star rating) with all the necessary comfort. Easy to access with its central location, 3 minutes walk from the Old Port, you can easily get around Marseille and the surrounding area. Ideal for a tourist stay but also perfectly adapted for a business trip (office and very high speed connection). All the conditions are met to spend an excellent stay in the heart of the historic district!

The space
Located on the second floor (without elevator) of a beautiful historic building renovated in 2022, beyond a staircase still a little faded, you will discover an apartment of 46 m2 very pleasant to live that can accommodate up to 4 people. With high ceilings, the apartment is spacious and bright with its 5 large windows. The refined decoration and the quality furniture create a warm atmosphere.

The apartment has a beautiful living room with its equipped kitchen and its lounge. The large bedroom, with its superior quality Queen Size bed (160 x 200) and its storage space, will allow you to settle in comfortably. The convertible sofa in the living room offers a second bed in 140 x 200. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, has a large shower.

The office and the very high speed internet connection allow you to work from home in good conditions. You have access to the television (Netflix included) and a connected speaker to listen to your favorite playlists.

All the equipment (dishes, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes line, etc.) and basic consumables are at your disposal. Linen is provided according to the conditions mentioned below.

Due to its historical character, the building does not offer the possibility of air conditioning. However, the flat has efficient windows (double glazing) and two efficient ceiling fans to ensure your comfort..

Guest access
> Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out must be by 10:30 am at the latest.

> Arrival and departure are done independently without any additional cost.

> The keys are to be collected (reception available 24/7) near the apartment. You will receive all the details the day before your arrival in the apartment.

Other things to note
> On arrival, you will find a bath towel per person, a bath mat, a kitchen towel and the bed linen.

> Except a special request, if you book the apartment for one or two people, bed linen for the sofa is not provided.

> It should be noted that, as in any downtown, there may occasionally be some noise pollution from the pedestrian street in front of the building.

> In case of arrival or departure outside the set times, you can deposit your suitcases safely in luggage storage (mentioned in the guest book).

> For everyone's comfort, smoking is not allowed in the apartment, pets are not allowed and parties are not allowed.

> The cleaning is done before each stay, according to strict hygiene rules, by a trusted local company.

> A guest book in electronic format is sent before your arrival. You will find all the useful information for your stay (wifi code, use of equipment, sleeping arrangements, etc.) as well as my selection of the must-sees in Marseille and the surrounding area.

> For young parents, a cot (mattress not provided) and a high chair are available for your baby.
