This ideal vacation home caters to a range of needs, from romantic escapes for couples to family holidays with infants.
The bright, 70 sqm space includes two bedrooms, a cozy living room with a stone fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, and one bathroom.
It accommodates four people across two bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest.
A portable baby cot can also be placed in either bedroom.

Situated in the middle of a private olive grove, the house faces Taygetos Mountain and overlooks the Messinian Bay, offering panoramic views of the entire Messinia area from Kalamata to Koroni.
This wonderful and tranquil setting creates the perfect backdrop for visitors to enjoy exciting dinners on the upper veranda, accompanied by stunning sea views and the soothing sound of the waves.

The exterior features large balconies and spacious yards where visitors can enjoy sunny breakfasts.
Kids can play safely around, while adults can unwind under the shade of pine trees, lulled by the sea breeze and the melody of singing cicadas.

Visitors are welcome to freely sample home-grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs from the garden, including sweet figs, pears, grapes, olives, basil, rosemary, and oregano.

Our vacation home is situated along the coastal route between Kalamata and Koroni, just past the village of Petalidi.
Petalidi village is conveniently close, featuring traditional restaurants along with mini-markets, cafes, bakeries and various shops.
At the same time, it is discreetly nestled behind a small hill, allowing for uninterrupted enjoyment of the surrounding nature.

Organized beaches featuring beach bars with loungers and umbrellas are conveniently located near the house. The Petalidi area also offers sea activities and water sports.
Additionally, pristine, unorganized beaches are plenty and just a short drive away.

The house enjoys an ideal location for short excursions within Messinia, putting you just a half-hour drive from Kalamata’s vibrant city life, the fascinating archaeological site of Ancient Messini, and the picturesque castles of Koroni, Methoni, and Pylos, with the charming traditional villages surrounding them.

Nature lovers will be captivated by Messinia’s treasures, such as Polylimnio, a breathtaking series of 15 cascading lakes with waterfalls and hidden natural swimming pools set amidst lush greenery. The mythical Neda River adds another layer of enchantment, with shaded canyons, sparkling waterfalls, and rare natural beauty.
