Instead of building a hotel with a common design path in the market, approaching the Spanish colonial style (Spain) in the heart of Hoi An ancient town is a great idea.

The Spanish style has much in common and is similar to Mediterranean and Moroccan architecture. With a combination of culture and the influence of the Spanish colonists, it creates Spanish colonial architecture.
