Apartment in a very quiet residential neighborhood (Barrio de la Concepción metro station) in Madrid, very well connected, with buses 100 meters from the door to take you directly to Gran Vía, in the city center.
The accommodation has a private parking space included in the price with direct access from the gate, in case you bring your own car.
Close to Arturo Soria and Alcalá streets, one of the city's main arteries with numerous shops and restaurants where you can taste typical Spanish food.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with a park and sports area very close by, where you can enjoy paddle courts, tennis, and a swimming pool. There is a small park with a children's area and also a dog park within walking distance.
If you like to have an aperitif, a five-minute walk away is José del Hierro Street, where there are numerous bars serving spectacular tapas. But if you're more of a coffee shop person, we have the Mallorca pastry shop, one of the most prestigious in Madrid, just 50 meters from the house. In the mornings you can smell the freshly baked cakes from the window, and you can sit on its terrace to enjoy a magnificent breakfast.

I am a restless person, with many hobbies, and although I studied for optical-optometrist, I have always been motivated by the decoration and everything related to interior design. A couple of years ago, I decided to launch a new life project and together with my partner we set up a small company where we do everything from decorating objects and lamps ,to decorating projects from recycled materials. Another of my passions are animals, I have always had pets, for years I have collaborated with a protector as a foster home so last summer we set up a nursery for furos. We stay at home and live with us like one of the family. So I can balance my two favorite hobbies, the decoration and the dogs. In my free time I like to travel, watch movies and go out with friends.
