Nestled high up in the Smoky Mountain region right between Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg, this charming retreat is the place to enjoy some well-earned rest and recovery after a long day out enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains region has to offer. The space
A rental agreement and a $250 REFUNDABLE security deposit hold, via OwnerRez, is required for each stay
Low-shedding dogs under 50 lbs are allowed and there will be a flat fee of $100/dog.

Neighborhood: 10 mins to park, 15 mins Gatlinburg/Dollywood/Ripley's Aquarium.

Parking:
A lot of free parking space, can fit up to 6 cars. 4-wheel drive is recommended in general for smoky mountain area but not required. Step-free guest entrance. Security camera installed in front of the house, facing the driveway.

Environment:
Secluded !!! Surrounded with trees and plants. There is a deer track under the house. We have 2 deers coming to visit often, and they are cute and friendly ! If you enjoy the star gazing, this is the place to stay. On a clear night, you will see a lot of stars !!! Very peaceful and quiet, no visible neighbors around and yet close to all attractions and shopping/restaurant area. Please do not leave food outside as you will be living in the mountains and surrounded by woods and wild animals.

Fireplace:
On During Winter Months: October 1st - March 31st
Off During Summer Months: April 1st - September 30th

TV Entertainment:
All TVs are connected to a smart device with access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, etc (guests have to sign in using their own accounts). All bedrooms have a TV.

AC:
The min temperature is set to 68F as temperature below could potentially cause overload to the house's circuit breaker.

Essentials:
Linens, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, face towels, bath towels, dishwasher pods, trash bag are provided.
