[Location description]
1. It is located right next to Daegu Department Store Plaza Branch.
-There are restaurants and grocery stores in the department store, and you can shop for beauty, clothing, and household goods.
2. It is a 1-minute walk from Daebonggyo Station on Daegu Urban Railway Line 3.
- You can easily get around the main tourist attractions by public transportation.
3. There is a Sincheon River within a 3-minute walk, and facilities such as a swimming pool (summer) and skating rink (winter) operated by Daegu City.
- You can use it for free or at a low cost.
4. Kim Gwangseok Drawing Road and Bangcheon Market are a 5-minute walk away.
-There are Kim Gwangseok-gil, a major tourist destination in Daegu, and Bangcheon Market, a gourmet alley for local young people, so you can take a light walk or have an atmospheric evening.
The space
• Please refrain from parties and noise in the outdoor garden after 9pm. However, it is possible indoors.
• We will guide you before your stay to the recommended parking lot where you can park for free and a public parking lot with paid parking.
• CCTV is installed for security.
• Additional guests other than the number of people reserved in advance are charged a separate additional fee when entering. If the number of guests increases after booking, please discuss in advance.
• Indoor kitchen and outdoor cooking is allowed. However, please refrain from cooking ingredients with a lot of oil and smell in the indoor kitchen. Be sure to turn off the power after using the induction stove.
• To prevent fire, we prohibit cooking and smoking indoors. In the event of a fire, we will notify you in advance that you are responsible for civil and criminal liability and compensation.
