Pet friendly and low set River Bend on Boyne offers fabulous views to the Boyne River and is perfect if you are looking for a spot to just stop and relax or maybe you are visiting for a sporting event or fishing comp - the boat ramp is only 500m on Tarcoola Drive!

Drive your golf cart to the Golf Course or a short walk to the local Bowls Club. The bike path opposite will take you to the River mouth or if you are up for venture ride/walk to Tannum Sands beach or our local Tannum Surf Club!

The space
River Bend on Boyne is suitable for up to 7 guests with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 king single beds and 1 single bed across a total of 4 bedrooms. There are also 2 living areas & an abundance of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area is open plan and air conditioned for your comfort. The kitchen consists of a Bosch dishwasher, hot & cold water taps, fridge, freezer and everything you might need for your stay and there is a 8 seater dining table.

There is a great sized living space with couch and a wall mounted TV.

Out back under the covered patio is a table and chairs to enjoy the serenity.

There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and clothesline.

Plenty of parking for a boat and 2.4kms to the main Boat Ramp on Wyndham Ave in Boyne Island or 1km to the Tarcoola Drive boat ramp.

You will have exclusive access to the whole property except for one locked garage. and one locked cupboard in the bathroom.
You will still have access to the main remote garage with internal access.
