Magnificent apartment with a stunning sea view right in front of Lipari's castle, in a typical Aeolian two-storey white villa with a big Mediterranean garden. Peace, good Italian food and nature for an unforgettable vacation: welcome to Paradise.

The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor in front of the garden and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a brand-new kitchen and bathroom between them, accessible from both rooms. The perfect place for a family with two or three children or for one/two couples.
The rooms have been built in keeping the typical local architecture (e.e. masonry closets) and are fully furnished with all comforts (air conditioning, ceiling fan, hair dryer...). The single beds can easily be trasformed into another double bed, if required, and there are two extra children beds if needed.
The bathroom has a large shower built in an old well with paintings and a hand-made beautiful decoration with fish and a hidden octopus.
The brand-new kitchen is built in the local style and is fully equipped with fridge, microwawe oven, induction and all amenities but if you prefer to eat out there are plenty of nice little restaurants in the main village.
Outside the rooms you will find a cosy terrace with white columns ("e pulera" in the local dialect), table and chairs, an external shower and lots of beautiful flowers (sometimes in the morning you will see "Angelino", the local gardener, watering the plants).
The sunrise high over the sea, right in front of the rooms, is always magnificent and worth more than a picture. The view of the ancient castle of Lipari, the Cattedrale of San Bartolomeo, is astonishing and changes throughout the day as the lighting changes.
The villa benefits from natural ventilation, a breeze that cools the air on hot Sicilian summer nights. The singing of cicadas is the local music.

Guest access
Our guests will have access to the lower floor of the villa, to the garden and to the laundry located in the garage. Access to the upper floor is not allowed.
There is a big garden where you can take a stroll and observe the wonders of nature or sunbathe, while respecting the privacy of others in the property. Vegetable and fruit collection is not permitted.
Parking spaces are available for scooters, bikes and one car.

Other things to note
In the months of August the apartment is available weekly from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning. From September to July a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.

Neighborhood highlights

The villa is located only 2-km away from the island's main village, not far from the beautiful Chiesa dell'Annunziata, on the top of a steep little road which rises up from the main road. Walking up is a good way to stay fit but is not recommended for those who have difficulties walking.
