Located in Godella, with excellent connections and all services.You can reach Valencia in 10 minutes by car and the nearest beaches in 20 minutes.

The space
The Villa is distributed on one floor and covered with exposed brick, with numerous windows that give a lot of light to it.
It consists of a hall, a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and a stunning window. Three full bathrooms, one of them integrated into a bedroom with a double bed and an interior terrace. There are two more bedrooms,one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and another double bed.
The house integrates with the garden through a large porch and a large barbecue, where you can enjoy special meals and dinners
The accommodation has two swimming pools and the pools are available from May to October.

The exterior perimeter of the Villa is a considerable height, with guests having a lot of privacy.
