Independent apartment in a unique setting where all the attributes of Provence are concentrated on 10 ha: ancestral farmhouse, vineyard, olive trees, thyme, rosemary, wild lavender. You have our 2nd floor of 75 m², its panoramic terrace with independent access. The pool is open to you during the day.
The first morning I offer you a surprise gift basket! Kitchenette side: fridge, electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, the bare essentials.

Between Aix en Provence and the Luberon,
Our 18th-century Bastide is like an island amid vineyards backed by a wooded hill.
We have reserved the 2nd floor with independent access to the back of the house. 2 large bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed and access to the panoramic terrace (rooftop). The blue bedroom with 2 single beds.
Bathroom with bathtub and shower + toilet.
Dining room with kitchenette, oval table for 3 people, 2 hotplates, small refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, (no real kitchen, the sink is in the bathroom right next door).

Property of 10 hectares: very nice walks around and surroundings with views of Sainte-Victoire.

Guest access
You have your own independent entrance and parking space next to the vineyards.
We do not have any common areas in the house.
The swimming pool and its patio can be accessed during the day with your discretion for swimming and drying on the deckchairs in the sun while the long sunbathing will continue on your panoramic terrace.
You have access everywhere except in front of the facade of our bastide as well as to the spaces reserved for the farm and the caretaker.

Our village of Rognes is famous for its stone, wine and truffle.
For nearly 20 centuries, men have exploited these open-air quarries (always visible) and have made known the charms of the Stone of Rognes throughout Provence. Beautifully warm in colour, it was used for the construction of mansions, houses such as ours and Aix bastides during the 17th and 18th centuries.

There is a very good family restaurant at the entrance of our village of Rognes open 7/7 noon and evening the Piano Gourmand.
Château La Coste is only 6 km away and offers 3 very nice restaurants, including LOUISON, the new gourmet restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Gerald Passedat!
The beautiful town of Aix en Provence is 16km away (restaurants and 18th century mansions and gardens)
There is also the charming village of Lourmarin less than 18 km away (restaurants and art galleries).
We are between Aix en Provence (market Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning) and the Roque d 'Anthéron.
The village of Rognes (market on Wednesday morning) is 2km away, take a walk up to Foussa .
You will taste the best wines of the Pays d 'Aix such as the rosé of our vines "Clos de la Sablière" at the wine shop of Rognes.
