An important area of the property is the garden, divided into two levels. It can be used year-round, weather permitting. In the lower area, you will find a cozy sun terrace, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a charcoal barbecue that is always ready for your outdoor grilling sessions.
Two wonderful hot tubs also await you. Imagine yourself sipping a glass of local wine in the sun, enjoying the scent of the surrounding nature! Climb to the top of the garden and be enchanted by the view.

Inside, the reception is a real information corner: here you will find guides and brochures to discover the wonders of Monferrato and the Langhe, games for children and companies for moments of leisure with family or friends, and a selection of local books.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, and you can take advantage of free detergents, making your stay even more practical and comfortable. But it doesn't end here!
A treasure of our complex is the wonderful Infernot, a cellar carved by hand in the tuff about two centuries ago, where you can explore the wines and local tradition in an evocative and historical atmosphere. Our wine shop awaits you with a selection of traditional and natural wines from Monferrato, as well as local products to taste and take home with you.

To make your experience even more special, available on request, the sweet and savory breakfast service will be delivered directly to your apartment. An extra treat to start the day in the best way!
