This newly renovated apartment is located on the second floor of a duplex located in historic downtown Delaware. With just a 4 minute walk to Downtown Delaware and views of Selby Stadium, you can experience all Delaware has to offer.

The space
**NOTE: This apartment is located on the second floor of an duplex. The apartment is accessible by 11 steep original stairs. You must be comfortable with stairs.**

Also, this is a downtown apartment in a historical area of town. Although the windows are new, please be advised if you book you will hear road noise. It is not sounds proof.

This home was built in 1870 and is a amazing part of Delawares history. Sometime in the 1970's the house was converted to a two bedroom unit. We have fully renovated the two bedroom apartment but left many original details throughout.

THE BEDROOMS:
All of the bedrooms have convenient charging locations, blackout shades and luggage racks
∙Room 1: Casper Wave Queen Bed with bedside tables, dresser, and closet.
∙Room 2: Twin bedroom with closet. Also has a desk and chair for workspace needs.

THE KITCHEN:
∙ Kitchen stocked with kitchen appliances and necessities
∙ Microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher.
∙ Keurig with coffee supplies.
∙ Eat in Kitchen Table set for two

THE LIVING ROOM:
∙ Sleeper Queen Sectional for up to 4 adults
∙ 55” TV with Roku

THE BATHROOM:
∙ Shower/tub combo with shower necessities
∙ Vanity with extra toiletries and hair dryer.

**We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you take your shoes off while in the apartment.**

No parties, events or gatherings. Please make yourself at home.

Please note that this home was built in 1870. All modern features are available. However, the apartment is accessible by 11 steep stairs. There is a very sturdy railing. Please make sure you're comfortable with this before booking.
