We had a lovely and very comfortable stay here. The accommodation was spacious, clean and presented in a lovely homely way. Peter and family were lovely and most helpful and available when we needed to to know anything. Good location. Highly recommended.
Our second time - so convenient and felt like home away from home in our private apartment!
Dale was very easy to deal with, communication was easy and fast. We enjoyed the back yard in the morning. Numbocca is a nice place to visit.
Unique experience in what was previously a garage! Comfy beds and it was clean and quiet. Price reflected accommodation. Reminded me of backpacking in Europe!
Hubby is an electrician and he wasn't too happy with the electrical set up.
Otherwise Peter and his wife were very pleasant and accommodated us on a last minute booking. Thank you for allowing us in to your home!
I am impressed with how much Peter and Sonia have been able to do with a three-car garage. Through liberal use of rugs (ten!), screens, and tapestries, they have managed to create the private, separate, spacious area advertised. However there are three deficits to being in a garage. 1) There is very little sound insulation between the garage and the main house above which means we had the uncomfortable situation of hearing conversations (word for word) from above. 2) There are pipes running through the garage. When they used water, the waste water came rushing down through the pipes in the garage. And 3) the light switches are all placed on the back wall of the house, so turning on the lights to the front bedroom or the kitchen means walking through the back bedroom to the far back wall- just a little inconvienent but understandable given building codes. Despite these deficits, I would stay here again as the location and price are right.
We were welcomed by peters beautiful wife, who gave us a brief orientation on the space and directions around town, and left us to our own. The space is huge and the bed is comfy. A great place to unwind. Nambucca Heads is georgous, we really enjoyed our stopover. Thanks again!
Peter and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was very private and spacious. Peter was able to help us with any problems we had and he had a great knowledge of the local area. We had a great stay here and would really recommend Peter's place!
