THE RESORT EXPERIENCE
This resort is adult-friendly, kid-friendly, and perfect for families. Once you park in the garage or arrive by airport shuttle, you can leave your car parked until it’s time to go home. Everything you need is on-site or within walking distance.

AMENITIES ON SITE
The resort offers an on-site restaurant, Starbucks, convenience store, gym, arcade, movie theater, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, Roman spa, steam room, and much more. You are also walking distance to world-famous Pier Park, featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. The resort is directly across the street from Dusty’s Oyster Bar. Whatever you’re looking for, it’s close by.

VIEWS
Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows with incredible views down the beach, the pier, and Pier Park fireworks shows.

IMPORTANT BOOKING REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ
• Primary renter must be 25 years or older
• We offer shorter stays to help guests on a smaller budget
• No 1- or 2-night stays allowed
• Your reservation must butt up to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay
• If this requirement cannot be met, please do not book, as the reservation will be canceled
• We cannot sacrifice those nights to make a stay work

AFTER BOOKING
After confirming your reservation, you will complete our reservation site, which includes signing the rental agreement and uploading a valid government ID. Guests must be 25+ and are required to purchase travel insurance.

RESORT REGISTRATION
Tidewater Resort requires guest registration for armbands and parking passes. The fee is approximately $70.

We are a small family that enjoys traveling to the Mountains and the Beach. We always book properties that have the best views. We rented this property for many years and finally had a opportunity to purchase it and put our finishing touches on it. We don't halfway do anything and go above and beyond to make our home yours.
