This traditional stone villa is located slightly elevated in Agios Georgios with a fantastic view over the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. St. George is located a little away from the village of Poulithra, very quiet and without through traffic.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful old olive trees and four minutes by car from the beach. On the large terrace in front of the house you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the sea.

The space
Below this terrace is the large infinity pool with covered seating and barbecue area.
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large comfortable open living, dining and kitchen area, as well as a guest toilet. In the living room, a large fireplace provides a romantic atmosphere.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and the windows are all equipped with mosquito nets. Parking is available.

Guest access
The house is about 3 1/2 hours by car from Athens Airport. Taverns, restaurants and shopping are in Poulithra, Plaka and Leonidio by car in approx. 8-18 minutes by car. Every Monday, the weekly market in Leonidio takes place with fresh fish, vegetables and fruits as well as local products. Numerous taverns and restaurants can be discovered in Poulithra, Plaka and Leonidio.
Internet access is available. We provide 10 GB, if more is needed, a data package can be purchased in Leonidio at any time.

1. For toddlers, the house is unsuitable due to the stairs and high stone walls as well as the pool.
2. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
3. Larger parties are not allowed.
4. The landlords are not responsible for accidents in and around the house.
5. Additional guests who want to stay overnight must be registered in advance and must not exceed the number of beds.
6. Damage caused by guests must be paid for by them.
7. In the event of a fire caused by improper use of electrical appliances or candles or cigarettes, as well as a grill, the guests will be charged.
