Lil' Sumpin is a totally unique Tiny House experience. A renovated travel trailer parked on a equally unique spot.
We've added a bathroom, porch and deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek. Hang out at same creek the next day.
Everything you need for a relaxing get away.
We are right down the road from Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls State Parks. Deep Creek Lake is a short drive from here. Beautiful places to hike, bike and boat! We are close to town but you’d never know it!

The space
Lil' Sumpin is a renovated travel trailer with an added bathroom with a shower that opens up to nature. There are several spaces to sit and relax including a porch and deck overlooking a cascading creek.
The bed is a cozy double sized nook with surrounding windows.
The kitchen area has everything you need on vacation.
A crisping toaster oven, NuWave cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. There is an under counter refrigerator with limited freezer space. Plates, cups and utensils as well as pots and pans round out the kitchen space. A gas grill sits just off the deck.
There is a fireplace behind our house that you are welcome to use (firewood provided). Don't forget to wander down the path to the creek where you can sit by (or in) to cool off and relax.

Guest access
We are back a half mile off the road surrounded by nature. There is plenty of parking available. There are two other tiny cabins on our property. The Original Hob and Molly or both together as Hobbitat Home Place (all separate listings).

Other things to note
We are a dogs paradise! Bring your pup but leave the kids with Grandma!
Unfortunately not all dogs are welcomed. Your dog must be friendly and get along with other dogs and strangers. We ask that they not sleep on the bed
(or bring a blanket for them to sleep on to protect our bedding). Please do not leave your dog unattended unless in a crate. You will be responsible for any damage done as a result of your dog. We also ask that you pick up after your dog.
We have a great place for them to run around and play. Lots of new smells and friends to meet.
