This modern and charming Belgrade Loft Apartment is located in the very heart of the city and is kept spotlessly clean.
Perfect for an authentic Belgrade experience, with a lovely view over the city's Dorcol rooftops.

The space
Belgrade loft apartment is located in the centre of the city and the centre of the old city core, upper Dorcol in the Cara Uroša street. This charming, newly constructed loft is on the fourth floor of the building witch dates back to 1937th. There is an elevator in the building, which goes up only to the third floor. Apartment is organized like a studio suitable for up to four guests. It is very well lit, the view is phenomenal and apartment overlooks the city center and upper Dorcol rooftops. Kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped and beside standard kitchen facilities it also comprises a dishwasher and a microwave oven. A washing machine is also available in the apartment and it is placed in the Norwegian bathroom. Bedroom is furnished with king size bed with new, high class mattresses. If necessary this bed can be split in two single beds. There is also a comfortable couch in the living room witch can be, converted into the queen size bed,. Linens and towels are changed weekly or more often at request. It is ideal for couples, but spacious enough for up to four guests to feel comfortable.

Guests can access the entire flat and nobody will be present in apartment during your stay.

As a welcoming gesture, our guests will, regardless of the length of their stay, find fridge stocked with free drinks: Coca – Cola, juices, water, milk and more choices of coffee and tea.

In the summertime it is possible to organize cruising the Belgrade rivers, fishing or swimming with our own retired tugboat.

Free transfer from and to the airport, railway and bus station will be provided to guests who stay at our premises at least 10 nights.

Upper Dorcol, where apartment is located, is one of the oldest urban cores of the Serbian capital, and it is abundant of cultural and historical sights and tourist attractions. Pedestrian zone, Knez Mihailova street and the city square are about 100m far from the loft, and the old fortress, surrounded with the spacious park, altogether called Kalemegdan is even closer. There is a vast number of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and clubs in the neighborhood. The apartment is ideally situated, considering that all major sites can be reached on foot, and that it is very well connected with the other parts of the city.
