Jasmine Cottage (sleeps 3) is a beautiful 300 year old cottage. It is ideally located to explore many popular tourist areas in Cornwall.
The cottage is down a quiet lane, a mile away from the stunning dog friendly beaches of Crantock, Holywell bay, Polly Joke and 4 miles from Newquay. Being in the countryside it is perfect place to relax. There are great walks from right outside the front door.
Activities like surfing/bodyboarding/SUP are within easy reach.
The space
THE ACCOMMODATION
Jasmine Cottage features an open-plan living area and one double ensuite bedroom. Downstairs, you’ll find an open plan lounge with a TV, sofa bed, kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Jasmine cottage has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen in 2025.
Upstairs, the bedroom offers ample storage for your holiday clothes, with enough space to accommodate a small cot if you have a little one. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Check-in is from 4pm. The keys to the property will be in a key pod. As we live next door, we are often available to assist with any queries you may have.
Jasmine Cottage has gas central heating, and WiFi is available.
OUTSIDE
Jasmine Cottage has its own entrance and a small seating area outside where you can enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Ample free parking is available on site.
DOG FRIENDLY
Jasmine Cottage welcomes dogs. It is ideal for one large dog or two medium/small dogs, but we’re flexible depending on your needs. There are many beautiful walks right on the doorstep. Although there is a small outside area, dogs will need supervision as it is not secure. Many local beaches, including Crantock Bay, Holywell Bay, Polly Joke Beach, and Perranporth, are dog-friendly year-round.
TREWORGANS COTTAGES
Jasmine Cottage is part of Treworgans Cottages, which includes three properties. The other properties are Rose Cottage, similar to Jasmine Cottage and accommodating three guests, and Paddocks View, which accommodates five guests with one double bed and three single beds. Treworgans Cottages can be booked separately or as a whole, making it ideal for families or groups of friends, with ample parking on site for guests.

THE LOCAL AREA
Treworgans Cottages are ideally situated for exploring Cornwall. We are just a few minutes' drive from the stunning National Trust beaches of Crantock and Holywell Bay, and about a 10-minute drive from the tourist hub of Newquay. There are many great restaurants in these locations, and we provide an information pack with details of our current favorite places to eat. All the local beaches are surf beaches, with most being lifeguarded during the summer months, making them ideal for families. In addition to the beaches, Newquay offers attractions such as Newquay Zoo, Newquay Aquarium, a cinema, and Waterworld swimming pool.
Treworgans Cottages are located between the popular towns of Padstow and St Ives, approximately 35-40 minutes' drive in either direction.
Guest access
There is plenty of free parking on site in our private car park.
There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away which provides a service to the local area and further afield.
If you don't want to get in the car there are lots of beautiful walks from the doorstep including a walk across the National Trust land of Cubert Common where skylarks can be spotted in the summer.
Other things to note
Jasmine cottage is a semi-detached cottage and is adjoined to Bramley cottage. The outside area is not separated with a fence but you will have your own seating area.
