This tree house, also named, “ The Fire Tower” was custom built 40+ ft off of the ground on the highest point of a 200+ acre farm in Jackson, Georgia. A mile and a half back in the woods you will hear nothing but the calming sounds of nature. The Fire Tower is ideal for a couple whom is looking for a break and some much needed relaxation. Complimenting the Fire Tower is a King Sized bed, sound system, Satellite TV, kitchenette, garden tub/ Rain Fall Shower, Gas Grille, Hot tub and SO MUCH MORE!
The space
When you arrive to the Tree-house you are able to pull right up to the steps. When you walk up the first flight of stairs you will come to the first level. This level has a large hot tub that has cascading steps with recessed lighting to create a beautiful ambiance for night time. To the left of the hot tub you will see a grill area where you can grill out with a gas grill (propane is already provided). Also on the wall there is a 43 inch smart LED flat screen TV if you want to watch your favorite shows or catch up on your favorite football team. To the left of the hot tub there is a bar if you would like to enjoy sitting out on the deck while having your favorite beverage. This deck also has a 96 inch "Big Ass Fan" (This is the REAL brand of the fan), dimmable lighting, and a outside sound system.
When you reach the top to the second floor you will be greeted by two sliding doors. When you open the door and/or doors you will walk into a very open and rustic room which has a king sized "roll-able" bed, a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and drip coffee maker), electric fireplace, 43 inch smart LED flat screen TV, a Mika Air Windmill fan and a table with two chairs. On the left side of the bed you will see a door that leads out onto a porch. On the right side of the bed you will see a small hallway that leads to a bathroom vanity. To the left of the vanity you will see and "Outhouse" styled bathroom. To the left of the "Outhouse" you will come to a jetted garden bath tub complimented with a handmade copper rainfall shower head. This garden tub is complimented with glass windows for an amazing view of the treetops and surrounding nature. You also have the option of closing the blinds for your comfort or need.
Below the treehouse you will find a round Treepod swing for those fall afternoons if you want to curl up and read a good book or take a nap with your sweetheart while listening to nature.
If you like to fish this rental also comes with the shared use (shared with one other treehouse rental on the property) of our 20+ acre private fishing lake, outdoor pavilion, boat launch and 4+ boats. This lake has crappie, large mouth bass, catfish, shad, and more.

With the rental of our Fire Tower Treehouse you will have access to a shared private 20+ acre fishing lake. This lake is shared with one other treehouse rental on the property. Also you will have access to the Lakeside pavilion which has an outdoor kitchen, two fireplaces, sound system, bathroom, boat launch, 4+ different boats and more.
Other things to note
Directions from Firetower to the lake:
From the Firetower you will go back down the hill to the end where the "Wedding Barn" is and you take a right. Drive down until you see the rock the says "Maughon" and yield right. After going down the hill you will dead-end into the pavilion and the lake.
Basic House Rules:
- Smoking is permitted outside only and butts must be disposed of in the provided ash trays
-WE DO NOT, under ANY circumstance, allow more than 2 guests in our treehouse. $500 fine per person over 2 guests and the extra guest will be asked to leave immediately, unless discussed and approved through treehouse owner, Mr. Dan.
-No oils or soaps are allowed in our hot tub as it damages the filters and jets. $250 cleaning fee
