Our spacious 3/4-bedroom villa is on the edge of Puerto Galera Bay which is recognized as "One of the 10 Most Beautiful Bays in the World". It is surrounded by lush greenery and is a short distance away from Puerto Galera town and Sabang.

An incredible 3/4-double bedroom villa on the water’s edge with stunning views of Dalaruan Cove, Puerto Galera Bay, with their breath-taking sunrises and sunsets. From Manila it is two hours by tollway to Batangas plus a one hour sea-crossing over the beautiful ‘Verde Island Passage’. The villa has a well equipped kitchen and all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a large terrace with lots of comfortable rattan lounge chairs.
The Villa comfortably accommodates a large family. It is particularly popular with overseas expatriates living in China, South East Asia and the Middle East who are married to Filipinas who in turn invite their extended families from around the Philippines to join them for a unique beach and water sports holiday.
Guest access
Transportation- Guests coming to Puerto Galera may either avail of public buses and ferries from Manila via Batangas Pier. Alternatively, our staff will arrange transfer from Makati (hotel /airport /residence) direct Batangas Ferry Terminal for P 5000/each way for 8 adults, P 5500 if 10 and more if outside of Makati. There is a P 60 Terminal Fees at Batangas Pier. Roro ferry is the only ferry that crosses over once a day. Departs Batangas around 10:00am and departs Balatero Pier, Puerto Galera at 2:00pm. Several ferries run from Friday till Sunday.
There is a Water Taxi from Berberabe Port which brings you directly the villa after checking in with Dept of Tourism. This is P 12,000/each way for 8 people and P 500/additional person..Terminal Fees in Berberabe Port are P 130/passenger. Van from Makati/airport to Berberabe Port is P 5500/each way/P 6000/each way if 10 person.

There is secure parking at the Villa if guests bring vehicles. On arrival an Environmental Fee of P 120/guest at Balatero Pier and P 160/person at the Private Port. Terminal fees are P 60/adult in Batangas and P 130/adult at Berberabe Port.
To get around in Puerto itself land transport, motor tricycles /motorcycles (with or without driver) are easily available for shopping /exploring /eating out etc. Guests have access to many of our water sports activities, mostly at no incremental cost. For beach /island hopping, diving, snorkelling, trips to town etc. our own motor boats transport guests at rates uniform with those of commercial bancas, For trips further afield, we assist in arranging for commercial operators. One kayak, a mirror dinghy The Boathouse, is rented out at the same time you need to share the facilities.
Two 36' yachts are available for P 10,800 /trip including skilled boatmen.
Free Wifi is provided at the villas. It is good at night but occasionally patchy during peak day times. A guitar are also available. Again, these might have to be shared if the other villa is also rented out.
Other things to note
We specialize in self-catering, are perhaps the only privately owned establishment in Puerto Galera that specializes in self-catering for larger groups and extended families. Our key guest profile is typically an expatriate foreigner working for example China, South-East Asia or the middle east, who wishes to share an affordable holiday with his wife and her extended family in amidst the beauty of Puerto Galera and its incredible surrounds....giving an unforgettable holiday for both the visiting family and the larger local group....
- Rate is for 6 person and we charge additional P 500/n/extra person-We provide bed sheets and towels BUT don't change them every day. Bed sheets are changed every third day.
-We can arrange a massage therapist and nail Spa.
-A dedicated cook can be provided for P 1000/day for 2 to 3 meals. Please be considerate if you are a large group and expect more than 3 meals a day.
-Wifi at the villa- It is good at night but occasionally patchy during peak day times.
-We have a diesel generator and two gasoline generators in case of brownouts. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS AND THE AIRCONDITIONERS WHEN THERE IS A BROWNOUT!
-You can rent a yacht for P 10,800/day. We send two skilled boatmen who know the area well
-Service banca/boat to and around the bay for a fee.
Diving -There are many scuba diving operators in Puerto Galera, mostly based on the Sabang and La Laguna beaches. We deal mostly with Asia Divers in Sabang. We have found that they offer the most competitive prices, have smaller groups and give good individual attention. You can rent trikes and walk to the resort. Another diving resort is Edgewater Dive and Spa is across the bay. We have no financial or liability involvement with these group.
NOTE: Premiums may be applied for one night weekend bookings and peak season holiday weekends. These will be clarified prior to booking.

We have 3 friendly pets dogs, 6 cats, 2 Geese and 6 ducks.
From the road there are about 74 steps from the road to The Boathouse, with intermittent paved walkways.
You can come in with a banca to the pontoon as well.
There are several steps between each floor.
