Welcome to our home, just a stone’s throw away from the magical world of Disney! With subtle Disney themed decor throughout, it’s thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind. After a day of fun at the theme parks, relax in the cozy living room or take a dip in the private pool. Less than 15 minutes away from Disney World, you’ll be able to experience all the magic the parks have to offer while enjoying the comforts of home.

The space
Our home is 3 bedroom/3 bathroom and features:

- 5 Minute walk to the community center, pool, and water park.

- Large primary bedroom upstairs with king bed and en suite bathroom and windows looking over the pool and grassy area behind the house.

- Large kids' bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom.

- Queen bedroom downstairs with en suite bathroom shared with downstairs floor.

- Open downstairs floor plan within steps of the private pool.

- Subtle Disney theming.

- Fully equipped kitchen.

- Free Wifi

- TVs in the living room and each bedroom, with cable on each.

- Central air conditioning/heat, operated by Nest thermostat.

- Room darkening curtains in all bedrooms

- Private pool with safety screen and door alarm for child safety.

- Included: pack n play, stroller, high chair, safety gate, toddler bed rails.

Please note that this is not the space for parties, loud music, or loud voices outside after 10pm.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire townhome, plunge pool, and community areas including pool, waterpark, gym, arcade, movie theater, etc.

Please Note: The water slide and water park will not be available from 1/5/26-2/13/26. The community pool and private pool will continue to be available during this time.

Other things to note
Please note:

- Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Mandatory quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.

- The community pool will be closed for the entire month of September for repairs. The water slides will be open depending on weather and the private plunge pool attached to the townhouse will remain open.
