Just 4 blocks from the waterfront and under a mile to Bay Street's shops, restaurants, and the historic waterfront park, you're perfectly positioned to explore everything this beloved coastal city has to offer!
We are also 20 minutes to Parris Island and love hosting military families.

Your Home Base
The main floor features a king master suite with his-and-her vanity and a large walk-in shower, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a twin daybed and pull-out trundle - perfect for kids, an extra guest, or a work-from-home setup (if you must)! The bright living room flows onto a screened-in back porch with a hanging daybed swing - the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. You'll also find a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard is made for unwinding: Solo Stove fire pit, Weber charcoal grill, patio furniture, and room for your kids and pups to run around.
What We Provide
We make your beach day easy. Grab the beach chairs, beach towels, beach mat, cooler, and umbrella from the laundry room and head out. We also provide a complimentary SC state park beach pass - valid for Hunting Island State Park and all South Carolina state parks - so there's no entry fee at the gate.
Port Royal beach is the closest option at 10 minutes. Our personal favorite is Hunting Island State Park (30 minutes) - one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast, and your pass gets you in for free!
Hilton Head is 45 minutes away; Charleston is 1.5 hours.
Traveling with little ones? A travel crib and high chair are available. Active duty or military family? Send us a message about our military discount.

The Neighborhood
We're on a quiet side road off Bay Street, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and a Pilates studio. The Historic District is one of the most walkable and beautiful neighborhoods in the South - we think you'll fall in love with it the same way we did.
Our house is located close to downtown in an up and coming area. Our neighbors are wonderful and welcoming, and we of course ask that you treat them with the utmost respect.
Guest access
You have access to all parts of our home with the exception of one supply closet in the 3rd bedroom/office.
While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
Other things to note
We do offer a military/military families discount - send us a message when inquiring about your dates!
We are dog friendly and there is a $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs max). This does not cover any damage or yard clean up and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Owners are responsible for all waste pick up and any potential damage. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.

Neighborhood highlights
Home is located on quiet side road that is within walking distance to a Pilates studio, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown. Port Royal is the closest beach, but our favorite is Hunting Island Beach which is about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. We are 45 minutes from Hilton Head and 1.5 hours from Charleston.
