Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for your entire stay for an optional fee of $25 per day. If you'd like to add this service, you'll select it when completing the rental agreement. Pool depth is about 3 feet to about 5 feet.

Rental Agreement: For the safety and security of our guests, the primary guest is required to sign our rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID after booking. The agreement is included in the House Rules section.

Supplies: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a starter set of toiletries, detergents, and paper goods. Due to Florida Department of Health regulations, we are unable to provide any food items.
