At-home coffee

Start your morning right with the french press.
Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in Eli's Treehouse. The focus is fun-slide from deck, dart board, zipline, swing set, tight rope, cornhole, ninja hanging coarse, camp fire & a hiking trail! Eli was inspired by Treehouse Master's & began planning, investing with his own money at 7 years old. The project began as a piece of plywood in the trees and decided he'd build it top notch- 4 years of b-day & Christmas gifts and working his job. 1/2 proceeds go to feeding homeless.

The space
The treehouse has one full bed on the main level that doubles as a couch. Upstairs in the loft are two twin beds, super comfortable and brand new as well, that are suitable for kids and adults under about 175 pounds or less than 5"10 foot tall. The total space is about 17 x 17 and is on our 3 acre property in the woods from our main house. You can walk further into the woods to be private and/or enjoy the yard closer to the house with the play equipment- slack line, swing set, slides, trampoline, fire pit, trails and zip-line (with signed waiver). It has internet but please know we ARE IN THE MOUNTAINS and it is more fit to answer email rather than watching a movie.

Guest access
When you hit the pavement at the gate, park to your right in front the trampoline on the driveway. The treehouse is to your right into the woods. You won't miss it:) PARK OVER THE TILES BY THE SIGN. You'll see the house to your right likely lite with solar lights:)!

Other things to note
The treehouse has several pieces of climbing equipment to it, up it and to slide down it- all super fun for kids! All the equipment is certified. Please be careful climbing or sliding.

We provide a waiver for the equipment once you arrive. Please sign it in order to ride the zipline. Please sign it even if you think your kids won’t play on it just in case they choose to. The treehouse is located behind our home in the woods. Enjoy the trails all around the treehouse too!

You are welcome to use the fire pit as well. I have wood for sale. It's simple, grab a large arm full at the wood pile stacked at the yellow house and please leave $10 per big arm full. We're not counting logs, we're just counting on the honor system:). Thank you!

Enjoy the gas fire on the porch! Sitting out there is awesome under the trees. Please do keep in mind to turn it completely off when you aren't using it and return the covering:)

Regarding charcoal, we often have some and you are welcomed to it. When in doubt ask us beforehand or pick up some on your way in at Ingles or Lowe’s.

If the heat is on, please use only the stove and microwave at one time or the breaker will blow. If it does, simply flip the breaker. It is downstairs next to the stairs.

Pets are welcome for a $40, 1 trip fee. Please KEEP DOGS leashed as we have free range chickens and ducks. Please NO cats. We love cats and have 5, but please NO cats. Not to be redunandant, but please keep your dog(s) on a leash. My son, Eli, has been hospitalized by being bitten severaly by a guests dog they said didn't need to stay on a leash because it was friendly. Your dog is likely very friendly to "you", but maybe not strangers that they feel is a threat to you.

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood is full of super nice homes with 1-5 acres separating us all. The roads are well paved, not too curvy for the mountains and our home is located 5 minutes from town yet tucked way back into the woods.

This treehouse is in a neighborhood and we are in the woods in the neighborhood. Please note we have animals and insects that live in the woods such as deer, raccoons, turtles, possum, bear, bats, cicadas, scorpions, spiders, and mosquitos. We have never had an issue with anyone being hurt by any of these animals or insects and they do not “live” in the treehouse. They do “live” in the woods. You may see one in the treehouse just like in our house:)
