Located just outside Adrian, this peaceful retreat offers a cozy living space in a portion of a historical 1850’s mansion. The Retreat comes complete with original hard wood floors, charming woodwork, new oversized windows and an intimate private porch that overlooks the sculpture & flower gardens. Our guests enjoy free parking, WiFi & FireTV.

The space
The property has sprawling grass views (in the warmer months) and the rooms are flooded with natural light.

Each evening provides beautiful unobstructed sunsets as well.

There is also an organically grown roadside farmers market 1/2 mile down the road during 3 of the 4 seasons.

Covid Precautions: All commonly touched surfaces have been meticulously wiped down and sanitized.

Off-street driveway parking is available. Just pull in and park to the Right.

Other things to note
This unit is it's own space with no shared spaces, doors or entrances. Like an apartment in a building with its own entry. The mattress is new this year with a medium/firm memory foam comfort level.

Minimum Age Requirement: At least one guest in the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. The primary guest meeting this requirement must provide a valid government-issued photo ID through Airbnb messages prior to check-in. The guest age 25 or older is responsible for the reservation, the condition of the property, and the conduct of all guests and visitors during the stay.

Occupancy Limit: Only guests included in the Airbnb reservation may be on the property unless prior written approval is obtained from the host through Airbnb messages.
