This home is close to the Air Force Academy and multiple wedding venues. It is situated between Denver and CO Springs which allows you to check off bucket items in each city! Enjoy the two tier deck overlooking the countryside and Mesa tops where wildlife flourishes. Visit the farm life and bring your horses for a trail ride right out the front door!

Exceptional access to trailheads and further outdoor explorations, you and your friends, your family will have unlimited activities during your stay. A short 20 minute drive to the North Gate entrance of the Air Force Academy makes it a great location for families of cadets during Parents Weekend, Graduation, or just a visit any time during the year!
First level offers handicap access, 2 steps into home. Plenty of seating in two separate living areas, an Open kitchen with island boasting a perfect setting for food prep, cooking and entertaining. Kitchen is open to large dining area which includes several leaves for expansion of table and also another breakfast nook/sunroom area for overflow. Master Suite with walkout to deck, large walk-in closet and enormous bathroom suite with dual vanities provide room for a bridal party! Living room offers a pullout couch and main floor has a second bathroom with shower.
Second level offers an open concept bar and living room with amazingly huge 75” TV and walkout to deck. Second master suite with large bathroom suite and walk-in closet as well as a futon for extra guests. There are two other bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two bunk beds for the kiddos to enjoy! These share another bathroom with shower.
