Welcome to Lawrenceburg, KY! You can't get any better of a location than this home! 3 mins to the Bluegrass Pkwy, not far from the most sought after bourbon distilleries, Lexington, Versailles, Bardstown, Shelbyville and just under an hour from Louisville! You'll love the super comfy queen beds, wood burning stove, fire pit, HOT TUB, and 3 acres of privacy on a hill. Enjoy this beautifully updated farmhouse right in bourbon and horse country!

The guests will have access to the property, including 3 acres. Plenty of room to park larger vehicles, including trailers, campers, RV’s, etc.

Each bedroom has a queen bed(new memory foam mattresses and new bedding). 1 bedroom on the main floor, and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

*NOTE:
1 full bathroom on main floor has a super deep soaking tub with shower combo, and a 1/2 bathroom…Upstairs, guests will love the LUXURIOUS freestanding bath tub (no shower), for a total of 2.5 bathrooms.

Toiletries ARE provided. Including shampoo, conditioner, soap, & custom tea soap made especially for The 127 Farmhouse!
All 3 bathrooms are new and gorgeous!

Each bedroom has a TV, and there is a large TV in the family room with wood burning stove. You’ll find the kitchen is fully equipped to make meals or enjoy making drinks!

**Ground coffee, K-pods, creamer, spices, and teas are provided, as well as a customized goody tray upon your arrival.

Fire pit out back with wood provided(weather permitting) and the hot tub on the private back patio. Amazing privacy on the hill, close enough to everywhere you want (and need) to go! It really is the best of both worlds!

The front part of the home is 100+ years old, although beautifully updated.
The dining room fireplace was discovered during renovations behind the wall! Probably my most favorite room in the home!
During the late 1980’s the back side of the home was added and the exterior was bricked.
The red barn dates back to 1895!

If you have trailers, boats, campers, etc.,the driveway has plenty of space to turn around and park. You can hook up a camper if needed.

For those traveling with babies/ toddlers- a pack n play available and a blow up toddler bed with “bumper” siding (very easy to use!)
**There are stairs without a baby gate. ***
We also have toys and board games for children kept in the back family room.

3 minutes to the Bluegrass Pkwy which gives guests easy access to Lexington or Bardstown.

12 minutes to 64 which gives access to Shelbyville and Louisville.

Downtown Lawrenceburg is just a few short miles down the same road- AMAZING shops, restaurants, coffee shop, Lawrenceburg Tourism office, dessert places, and more!
