The property includes a main house, three separate cabins, a luxury tent, a lakeside sauna, a smoke sauna, a storage/wood shed, an outdoor toilet, a kota (traditional Finnish hut), and a large barbecue shelter. You will have access to four indoor toilets/showers, two boats, two SUP boards, indoor and outdoor games, firewood, and Wi-Fi. A washing machine and dryer are available for longer stays. All accommodations are available year-round. They have electric heating and individual room ventilation. During the summer season, there is a mosquito magnet outside to keep the mosquito to a minimum.

Sleeping capacity: 19–23 (winter season: 19). The main house has 2 beds downstairs and 5 upstairs, the cabins have 12 beds, and the luxury tent has 4 beds. Additionally, 2 extra camp beds and 2 sofa beds are available if needed.

During the summer season (May 26 – September 30), weekend bookings are available only for the full weekend (Friday-Sunday). Arrival and departure times can be arranged depending on availability.

The location offers excellent opportunities for free self-guided activities such as fishing, berry and mushroom picking, swimming, boating, paddleboarding, skiing, ice swimming, and yard games. A marked nature trail starts directly from the yard.

For an additional fee, a local company, Luontoliikunta Uskallus Tmi, provides a variety of guided outdoor activities, including skiing tours, snowshoe tours, yard olympics, and canoeing. Check their offerings for more details.

There are no on-site dining services, but local businesses such as Kievari Rantapirtti offer catering services. They also provide adventure experiences like snowmobile safaris and dog sledding. Please contact them directly for bookings.

The surrounding area offers numerous events and activities, including Himos festivals, the WRC Rally, Himos Golf, and Jämsä Paintball, to name a few. Additionally, cultural attractions such as Petäjävesi Old Church and Verla Groundwood and Board Mill, both UNESCO World Heritage sites, are within reach.
