The suite is equipped with a Roku Smart TV, allowing you to easily log into your Netflix account and enjoy your favorite shows. We provide high-quality towels, washcloths, and fresh linens for every guest to ensure a comfortable stay.
As the exclusive operators of the property, we manage the entire building. While the units have similar layouts, please note that photos may vary slightly; however, all rooms offer the same features and amenities.
Please note:
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (including all common areas.)
We do not offer on-site parking. However, residential street parking is available for free between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays. Metered street parking can be found just two blocks away at $4/hour.
For your safety, security cameras are installed in the building's common areas, including the lobby, courtyards, and hallways.
Guest access
Each guest has access to a private room through a keypad. Upon the day of your arrival you will receive the check in instructions with the code to the main door and to your apartment.
Other things to note
ADDITIONAL HIGH-IMPACT MEASURES FOR MARCH 14-17 with limited CAR access to Miami Beach. We strongly advised to NOT drive/rent cars during Spring Break Weekend. Not parking is allowed for not residents during this weekend.
For safety reasons, we try to limit interaction with our cleaning ladies and on site personnel. Thus, we don't provide daily cleanings, and access to the property is keyless and contactless. You'll be able to self check in anytime after check-in time.
